If you are looking for a moderate-high protein breakfast, this is where you start. Greek yogurt averages between 13-23 grams of protein. Protein is great for building muscle, promoting cell growth, and repairing tissue. It’s great for your digestive system. greek yogurt is packed with probiotics. Probiotics are good bacteria that is normally found in your intestines and help keep them healthy.
We all need an early morning energy boost and that’s where vitamin B12 comes into play. This type of yogurt has this vitamin and more. Not to mention viamin B12 is absolutely necessary for healthy brain functioning. The higher than average calcium content in greek yogurt is a benefit that deserves attention.
